What's included in the basic gig?
The following things are included in the basic gig: - Page design, cover photo & avatar - Page creation and set-up - Short description - Installing apps and tabs.
What's your turnaround time?
My turnaround time usually depends on the number of orders I have in my queue, and the type of the package you have purchased but on average it's 3-5 days.
Where can I find samples of your work?
You can find samples of my work in my gig galleries.
Do you offer this services for other social media networks?
Yes, I do offer my services for all social media networks, please check out my gig extras or message me for more info.
Can you design only banner and not setting up the page?
Yes, I do and I have separate gig for that: https://www.fiverr.com/gig_freak/design-your-social-media-banners-including-social-media-kit
What are the file extensions you deliver the files in?
All of the designs are delivered in ".png" or ".jpg".
What do I need to provide before ordering?
- I need to know which color, style, would you like to be used - You can send me photos/logos which you think I should use - Info about your page - If you don't have any idea, I will create your fan-kit from scratch
Do you also do pages in other langues except English?
Yes, I do this, but you should provide me with the text you like to be written.
Do you offer refunds?
I rarely do refunds after the work is completed. If we have any misunderstands about the order, contact me and we are going to sort the issue out by redoing the work or by finding another solution. You should point out what are the issues or the things that you don't like and I will offer my help.
