These cute 4x6 sized cards are printed on slightly thicker thank normal paper and can help you keep track of your daily mental health and make it easy to look back on the week and see how you were. They include a section for giving a quick notation of how you felt on a particular day and what kind of mood you were in. You can also keep a snapshot of how long you slept, how much water you drank, and if you had all your meals for the day. There is also a section for keeping track of a few daily goals and on the back, there is a place for you to fill up with affirmations, or just things you're grateful for in general, as well as some tips and tricks to help you cope with the bad days/times.
