Need remote help with a stuck PC, a Linux server, or a home network that won't behave? I provide practical technical support over a secure screen share with years of CISSP experience.

How it works:
Step 1: Tell me the symptom and what you've already tried
Step 2: We meet over a remote session (AnyDesk, RustDesk, or similar)
Step 3: I diagnose, fix what I can in the package time, and confirm with you

Do you work remotely?
Yes. We use a remote desktop tool you approve, and I leave when we're done.
What do I need ready?
Admin access on the machine, a stable internet connection, and a short description of the problem.
Can you help with UniFi or home lab gear?
Yes for common home network and small-lab setups. Complex enterprise work may need the Premium package or a custom offer.
What if you can't fix it?
I'll explain what I found and options next. Unused package time isn't wasted on busywork.
Is my data safe?
I only access what you share in the session. I don't ask for passwords in chat; use the remote tool's secure prompts when needed.
