About this Gig
I specialize in handwritten documents only. I do not transcribe video or audio at the moment. If you have handwritten notes, letters, journal pages, class notes, or forms, I will turn them into an editable Word document that's easy to read, search, and share.

What do I get from the transcription package?
Accurate transcription of every readable word Clean Word formatting with headings, paragraphs, and lists where they apply Quick delivery and clear communication from start to finish
What do i need from you?
Clear, well-lit photos or scans (phone photos work well if the page is flat and in focus) Each page sent in order, with the page number if possible Any special instructions, such as names to spell carefully or sections to format a certain way
What file format do I receive?
You’ll receive an editable Word document (.docx). If you need a PDF as well, just ask.
Do you keep my documents private?
Yes. Your files are used only for your order and are not shared with anyone else.
What if the handwriting is hard to read?
I’ll do my best to read every word. If something is genuinely illegible, I’ll mark it with an asterisk or highlight it rather than guess, so you can see exactly where it is. If most of your documents is illegible, I can continue with it for an additional fee.
