Got a messy spreadsheet? I turn it into a clean, consistent file you can import, mail-merge or analyze right away.
WHAT I FIX
- Names: extra spaces, ALL CAPS or lowercase
- Emails: trimmed, lowercased, invalid ones flagged
- Phones: one clean format, unusable ones flagged
- Dates: mixed formats become one standard format
- Countries and categories: USA, U.S. and United States become one value
- Duplicates: found and removed (you choose the matching column)

HOW I WORK
Everything in writing. I use a tested, repeatable process and review each file myself, so the same rules apply to every row and nothing is silently dropped. If I am unsure, I flag it instead of guessing.
Note: the item counts Fiverr shows per package are fixed by the platform. My real limits (rows and columns) are in each package description. Not sure which fits? Message me first.

FAQ
What file types do you accept?
CSV and Excel files (XLSX or XLS). Send the file through Fiverr's order page, with the column names in the first row.
Do you change the meaning of my data?
No. I only fix formatting and obvious mistakes. Anything I am not sure about is flagged in the report, never guessed.
How do you treat day/month dates like 03/02/2024?
I read slash dates as day/month by default. If your file uses month/day, tell me when you order and I will follow your format.
Can you clean Greek names and accents?
Yes. Files with Greek or other accented text (UTF-8) are fully supported, and I keep the original spelling of names.
What if my file is bigger than the package limit?
Message me before ordering. I will tell you honestly if I can do it and what is the fairest option.
Is my data safe?
I only use your file for your order and do not share it. Please remove cards, IDs, passwords and health data before sending.
