FAQ
Do you need my Gmail password?
No. You connect Gmail securely through Google's official OAuth login inside n8n, so I never see or store your password. You stay in control and can revoke access at any time.
Will the AI send emails on its own without me checking?
Your choice. By default, replies are saved to your Drafts so you approve each one before it goes out. If you prefer hands-off, I can set trusted cases to send automatically and keep the rest as drafts.
What do you need from me to start?
Just a short description of how your inbox works, two or three example emails with the kind of replies you want, and access to the tools you would like connected. I guide you through each step, no tech skills required.
