VPN won't connect? A firewall rule isn't doing what it should? Traffic getting blocked and you can't figure out why? I'll jump in, diagnose the actual root cause, and fix it working daily with Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco Firepower, and Fortinet as part of my day job.
