What information do you need to get started?
Please share your brand guidelines (logo, colors, fonts), a brief description of your product, key features to highlight, target audience, and any reference videos you like.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 3. Additional revisions can be purchased as an extra. I work until you are happy with the result.
Can you match our brand style and colors?
Absolutely. Every video is built from scratch to match your brand identity. Share your brand kit (logo, color hex codes, fonts) and I will incorporate them throughout the animation.
What video formats will I receive on delivery?
You will receive the final video in HD MP4 format by default. If you need other formats (MOV, GIF, square or vertical cuts for social media), just let me know in your order requirements.
Can you add a voiceover to the video?
Yes! I can coordinate professional voiceover in multiple languages. Share examples of voice styles you like and I will source the best match. Voiceover may affect delivery time slightly.
How long does the production process take?
Delivery depends on the package: Basic (10s) in 3 days, Standard (30s) in 5 days, Premium (60s) in 7 days. The clock starts once I receive all assets and approve the script or storyboard.
Do you provide source files after delivery?
Source files (After Effects project) are not included by default but can be added as a custom extra. Please message me before ordering if you need source files and I will create a custom offer.
