Do you redesign websites or add new features?
No, I focus on maintenance and support. Redesigns, new features and site moves are quoted separately, so please message me first.
Do you only work on WooCommerce stores?
WooCommerce is my main focus, but I also look after regular WordPress sites like business and blog websites.
What if my site is already hacked or broken?
Message me first with your store link. A hacked or broken site needs a one-time cleanup before monthly care starts, so I will check it and give you a fair quote for that.
What counts as a "small fix"?
Things like a broken button, a layout glitch or a plugin error. Standard includes 1 hour of small fixes each month and Premium includes 3 hours. Basic has no fix hours.
Do you need my admin login?
Yes, I need admin access to do the work. Create a separate admin user for me, share it securely through the order, and remove it whenever you like.
Will updating my plugins break my store?
I take a full backup before every update and test your checkout afterwards. If something breaks, I restore the backup and fix the problem, so your store is not left down.
