I will migrate your zapier or make workflows to eunhosted n8n
Stefano Ricci
About this gig
Paying per task to Zapier or Make, and the bill keeps climbing? I move your existing automations to n8n so the same work runs for a fraction of the cost, with your data on a server you control.
How it works: you send screenshots or exports of your Zaps or Scenarios. I rebuild each one in n8n, test it with sample data, and run old and new side by side before you switch anything off.
What you get:
- Your Zaps/Scenarios rebuilt in n8n (triggers, filters, branches, error handling)
- Credentials and app connections configured
- Optional self-hosted n8n on an EU VPS (Hetzner or similar)
- A short written overview of every migrated workflow
Why choose this service:
- Migrations only, so scope and process are clear
- Parallel testing, so nothing breaks mid-switch
- Honest scoping: I tell you upfront if a workflow is not worth moving
Not included: server costs, n8n or app subscription fees, brand-new automations (available as an extra).
Message me with the number of workflows and the apps you use, and I will confirm scope before you order.

FAQ
1. What is included?
Each package rebuilds your workflows in n8n, tests them, and gives you a written overview. Premium adds n8n installed on your EU server.
What do I need to provide?
Screenshots or exports of your Zaps or Scenarios, the list of connected apps, and scoped or temporary access for testing. Never share your main account password.
Will my workflows behave exactly as before?
The goal is the same triggers and results. I test with sample data and run both versions side by side. If something cannot be reproduced, I tell you before building.
Can you customize or improve them?
Yes. I keep your logic by default and can simplify steps where n8n allows. Brand-new automations are priced as an extra.
Will I receive the workflow files?
Yes. You get the workflows inside your own n8n instance plus an exported copy.
