What do I need to provide to get started?
You need your hosting login (cPanel or WordPress admin) and a clear idea of what type of website you want (business, portfolio, blog, e-commerce). I will handle the rest.
Do I need to buy the theme separately?
No. I provide a premium-quality theme at no extra cost. The theme license is included in my service.
Can you install a specific theme I already purchased?
Yes. If you already have a theme (from ThemeForest, etc.), send me the .zip file and I will install it with its demo content.
Can you add my own text, images, or products?
No. This service is for technical installation only. I import the demo content so you have a ready structure. You then replace the demo content with your own.
Can you customize the theme colors or layout?
No. I do not make any customizations. The site is delivered exactly as the demo looks.
What if I need a plugin that is not required by the theme?
I only install plugins that are required by the chosen theme. If you need extra plugins, please contact me for a custom offer.
Do you offer maintenance or updates after installation?
Yes, I have a separate monthly maintenance service for backups, security, and updates. Ask me for the link.
Can you migrate my existing site to a new hosting?
No, hosting migration is not included. You must have your hosting ready before I start.
What if I don't like the theme you suggest?
I will show you 2-3 theme options based on your needs. You choose the one you like before I start working.
Do you provide a money-back guarantee?
I provide a demo preview before final delivery. If you are not satisfied with the demo, I will not deliver the order. Once you approve the demo, no refunds are given.
