Do you need access to my WordPress website?
Some checks can be performed without access, but a complete security review may require temporary WordPress administrator access. I only request the minimum access necessary for the selected package.
Do you perform penetration testing?
I perform authorized, non-destructive vulnerability and configuration checks. I do not perform denial-of-service testing, destructive exploitation or unauthorized access attempts.
Will you fix the security issues you find?
The Basic and Standard packages focus mainly on assessment and recommendations. The Premium package includes agreed hardening actions and security configuration fixes.
Do you remove malware from infected websites?
Malware removal is not included in this Gig. If malware is detected, I will report it and recommend the appropriate next steps.
Do you install SSL certificates?
SSL installation or HTTPS configuration can be included in the Premium package when the hosting environment and required access allow it.
Do you provide a security report?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages include a structured report with findings, severity, affected areas and remediation recommendations.
Can you guarantee that my website will never be hacked?
No security service can guarantee zero risk. The goal of this service is to identify common weaknesses, reduce the attack surface and improve the overall security posture of your WordPress website.
Do I need to make a backup before the audit?
Yes. A recent backup of the website and database is strongly recommended before any configuration change or hardening action.
Do you work on any website?
I only perform security work on websites that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage.
Will the website remain functional after the hardening changes?
Yes. Any agreed hardening action is applied carefully and followed by functional checks. If a security setting could affect website functionality, I will avoid applying it without prior confirmation.
