Do you guarantee that every issue can be fixed?
No. I will diagnose the issue and fix it when it is technically possible with the provided access. If the issue is outside the package scope, I will explain it clearly.
Do you fix hacked or malware-infected websites?
No, malware removal and hacked site recovery are not included in this gig. Please contact me first if your site may be compromised.
What access do you need?
Usually WordPress admin access is enough. For some issues, I may need hosting, FTP, cPanel or database access.
Do you include premium plugins or themes?
No. Premium plugins, themes, licenses or paid tools must be provided by the buyer.
Can you fix hosting or server issues?
Only simple hosting-related issues connected to WordPress. Advanced server administration is not included.
Do you do custom coding or full redesigns?
No. This gig is for targeted WordPress troubleshooting, not large custom development or full website redesign.
