Do I need to provide a script?
No. Script or prompt writing is included in my packages. If you already have a script, I’m happy to work from it.
What kinds of videos can you create?
I create on-camera videos, voiceovers, SaaS and app videos, lifestyle footage, and B-roll. Tell me your goal and preferred tone, and we can choose the right approach.
Do I need to ship you a product?
I’m currently focusing on projects that do not require physical products to be shipped to me. Apps, software, services, and concepts I can film without a shipped item are welcome.
What is included in the finished video?
My packages include editing, script or prompt writing, B-roll enhancement, graphic elements, and subtitles or captions. Please check your selected package for its video length and other details.
Can you film at a different location or include another person?
Yes. A beach, koi pond, park, any other place I have access to or an additional person may be available for an extra fee. Please message me before ordering so I can confirm the details and price.
How soon will I receive my video, and are revisions included?
The delivery time and number of revisions are shown in the package you select. Please send your full brief before I begin so I can get the tone and message right from the start.
Can I use the video in paid ads?
Please tell me where and how you plan to use the video before ordering, including whether it will run as a paid ad. We can confirm the appropriate usage terms for your project.
Will I receive the raw footage?
The finished edited video is the standard deliverable. If you need raw footage too, please ask before ordering so we can discuss availability and pricing.
Are revisions included?
Revisions are not included in my packages. If you’d like changes after delivery, please message me with the details so I can confirm the cost before making them.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a small change to the delivered video, such as a caption correction or an edit to pacing or timing. A new script, concept, location, or reshoot is a larger change and requires a separate quote.
