I will create a construction schedule in Microsoft Project using your project scope, activity list and agreed durations.
I am a civil engineer and Technical Office Chief with over 12 years of construction experience, including scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting.
Deliverables:
- Editable Microsoft Project (.MPP) file
- PDF Gantt chart
- Activity dependencies and key milestones
BASIC: Up to 25 activities with logical links, milestones and a Gantt chart.
STANDARD: Up to 60 activities with WBS, dependencies, milestones, critical path and a brief schedule summary.
PREMIUM: Up to 100 activities, plus a baseline and one progress update using your actual progress data. Update data must be supplied within the agreed delivery period.
