Most "lag fixes" you'll find are the same copy-pasted config list. That's not diagnosis. I read your logs, profile the server, and find the specific mod, plugin, or setting causing it then either tell you how to fix it or fix it myself.
What I handle:
- Crash reports and stack traces on any version
- Low TPS and MSPT spikes
- Memory leaks and out-of-memory errors
- Mod and plugin conflicts
- Chunk loading and entity buildup problems
- Startup failures and port/connection issues
- Paper, Purpur, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, and modpacks
What you get: a plain-English explanation of the cause, the fix, and what to watch for so it doesn't come back.
If I can't find the cause, I'll say so and cancel the order. I'd rather lose $20 than sell you a guess.

What if you can't find the cause?
I'll tell you and cancel the order. I'd rather lose the sale than send you a guess dressed up as a diagnosis.
My server doesn't crash, it just lags. Same gig?
Yes. Low TPS, MSPT spikes, and memory problems are all covered. Premium includes a Spark profiling report, which is the right tool for intermittent lag.
It's a modpack with 300 mods. Still doable?
Yes, and those are usually the interesting ones. Modded crashes take longer to isolate, so go Standard or Premium.
