Before placing your order please let me know your requirements. We will fix the price. I will send the address of My Photographer located in china. It takes 1-3 days to reach the product. Once we get your product I will confirm you to place your order. It usually takes 4-7 days to finish your job.
▶️ Can I place an order now, and then send you my product?
Please don't do this, I want to provide a reliable timeline to complete your order without shipping times being factored in. If you place an order before I've received your items, then I may not deliver your order within the due time and order many need to cancel. I hope you understood.
▶️ Do you design Amazon lifestyle and info-graphic images?
Yes, I do! For the lifestyle and infographic images, I use premium stock photos which work perfectly. You can check my Gig portfolio to get an idea about lifestyle and infographic images. If you want I can inbox you more samples. No live models are available.
▶️ You are not located in China so how can you can finish the job?
Very good question. I have my own studio with highly skilled product photographers located in China. They take professional photos according to my instructions and send them to me. I retouch product photos and design professional listing images. Already completed 250+ projects successfully.
▶️ I need promotional video for my Amazon listing, can you help?
Yes, I also do 1 min product promo video. It is a combination of 360-degree product videos and lifestyle photos with professional video editing. If you want to add a live model to the video then it may possible. In that case, you have to contact me first. For hiring the model I will charge extra.
▶️ Will you return my product to my Chinese supplier?
Please confirm it when placing the order. I will return your product to your Chinese supplier only, not outside China. If you don't need your product back, also let us know, and we will donate your product. After finishing the order, within 7 days, the product will be dumped/donate automatically.
▶️ Do you shoot product photo with live model?
For the lifestyle and infographic images, I use premium stock photos which work perfectly. But if you need a live model then, it is possible. But only Chinese Male or Female models are available for photoshoots. Before placing an order please confirm it. I will charge extra for the hiring model.
