I am a filmmaker/advanced colourist doing what i like in life, offering professional services with the idea of creating looks that make a difference in every video, I am a true believer that storytelling is also done through colours and lighting.
Services provided using Davinci Resolve:
- Color Correction: Ensuring consistent exposure, contrast, shadows, white balance, saturation.
- Color Grading: Creating especific genre color tones like Cinematic, Dramatic, Horror, etc, to give the video the desired look.
- Color Replacements: Modifying colors as needed, based on your requirements.
Extras(Include noise reduction, color matching, film grain, sharpening...)
I can work with almost all sorts of video/image materials, including LOG, Rec709, Rec2020, RAW, etc...
Requirements :
- Source medias is the best to go (+ XML) or Apple ProRes 4444 XQ flat export (Just 1 track of video, no vfx, no subtitles, only video)

I'm Adrian Da Rocha, a young filmmaker, I have written, produced and edited short films, documentaries and commercials going through all areas from sound to director of photography to directing my first projects and videoclips.
After all these years in the profession and being finishing my degree in Image and Sound Design at the University of Buenos Aires I found my passion in Colour Grading and Postproduction.
These experiences have left me with a great taste, understanding storytelling as well as editing for different genres, interpreting the needs of the client's vision.
FAQ
What do I need to provide for grading?
I will need a flatenned export log ProRes 4444 (no vfx, no subtitles, just one track of video and audio) The second option, for max quality is the source high res video files, along with an XML/EDL/AAF of the flattened version. Also, a reference image if you have an idea for the look.
What the preliminary info you need to know?
I need to know: 1. Camera model 2. Picture profile or color profile 3. Original files resolution and format 4. What delivery format of the edited files you want. 5. all the other possible details you can provide or need.
How do I send my footage?
You can send them through Google drive/Dropbox/One Drive or any other option that has high speed downloads.
Do I have to prepare my timeline before exporting the EDL/XML/AAF?
"YES" The colorist doesn’t come in until the film has already been cut and the picture has been “locked” -- meaning there won’t be any additional changes made to the edit. Please delete all empty video tracks as well as vfx, subtitles and all audio clips.

What is Color Correction
Is a technical process that fixes color issues and makes footage appear as naturalistic as possible. The idea is for colors to look clean and real.
What is Color Grading
Color grading is also technical, but it's more of a creative concern. The color grading process adds atmosphere and emotion to shots by coloring footage in new, often unnatural ways.
How do you deliver the colorized files?
I will send the colorized version in any requested format or rec709 and the xml if you need it.
Do you grade photographs ?
Yes, I colorize photographs, the service is published in a gig in my profile.
