I have 10+ years of training experience, a BSc in Biomedicine, and I am currently completing a MSc in Neuroscience. I enjoy the analytical side of training, problem-solving and combine time-proven methods with science-based principles.
Every client fills out a detailed questionnaire, allowing me to tailor the program to their specific goals, experience, weak points, injuries, equipment, preferences, and schedule.

Can text support continue after the first 3 weeks?

When should I pick the 4-week Program?

It suits any training level and is ideal if you want guidance while starting the plan, help with execution, questions answered, and especially for plan adjustments when needed during the first weeks.
