I work with 3mm & 6mm puff foam, including hard EVA and soft EVA, selecting the right combination based on your fabric and design.

Which Embroidery Formats we provide?
We deliver all major embroidery formats. Native outline: EMB, PXF, POF, OFM. Machine formats: DST, EXP, ART, JEF, HUS, PES, PCS, VIP, VP3, XXX, SEW, U01
Which Artwork file formats you accept for digitizing?
We accept almost all formats for digitizing. For best results, upload high-resolution images in JPG or PNG. Other formats like SVG, AI, EPS, CDR, PDF, TIFF, PSD, DOCX, GIF, etc are also supported. Even embroidery files can be used as reference but for that you need to buy Complex shape addon
What if the turnaround deadline is not met?
Sunday is off, so orders placed then count from Monday. Saturday jobs should be before 12 PM EST. Complex logos may need extra time, but if we ever delay simple jobs and you lose business, we’ll refund to support you
Can I request edits after delivery?
Absolutely. Minor edits (like resizing a bit, adjusting density, color adjustment) or any mistake in digitizing are included. For major changes or redesigns, a small additional fee may apply depending on complexity.
Do you provide test samples photographs of digitized designs?
Yes, on request. I can run a test on my machine and provide HD embroidery photos as proof. Pricing depends on design complexity and size. Message me for a custom quote
How long will it take to receive my digitized file?
Standard turnaround is 12–24 hours. For urgent jobs, you can add the “Urgent Delivery” addon to get files in 6–12 hours (Mon–Sat) or Super Urgent Delivery addon to get files in 2-6 hrs. If there are further delays, you can contact.
Do you provide support if I face issues in embroidery?
Yes ✅ I’ll first check if it’s a digitizing issue. If not, my hands-on experience running embroidery machines means I can guide you on stabilizers, threads, needle types, and tensions. If any issues come up, I’ll help troubleshoot so your design runs smoothly without headaches.
