About this Gig
Your survey data shouldnt live on someone elses server.
I'll install LimeSurvey on your own hosting and turn it into a complete collection system: surveys, polls, and a chatbot-style form that people actually finish.
No per-response fees. No data handed to third parties. Just a clean, branded setup thats yours.
What you get
- LimeSurvey installed, secured with SSL, and tested
- Polls with Rallly for quick group decisions and scheduling
- A conversational chatbot form with Typebot, so respondents answer one question at a time (completion rates go up)
- Your logo, colors, and domain
- Email notifications so you know when responses land
- A walkthrough so you can run it without me
Who this is for
Researchers, universities, agencies, coaches, and EU businesses that care about data privacy and GDPR-friendly setups.
What I need from you
- A VPS or hosting account (Hetzner or DigitalOcean work well).
- Your logo and brand colors.
- Your survey questions, or a rough idea and I'll help structure them.
Just let me know if you have any questions.
Let's get to work.

FAQ
Do I need my own server?
Yes. That’s what keeps your data private. I’ll guide you if you don’t have one.
Can you connect responses to my CRM or Google Sheets?
Yes, through the integration add-on.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes, 7 days of free fixes, plus a monthly maintenance option.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Self-hosting gives you full control of the data, which is a strong foundation. Legal compliance depends on how you use it, so I set up the tools, not legal advice.
