Need to reproduce a vintage fabric? Based in Guangdong, I specialize in Fabric Reverse Engineering. I don't just find fabric; I analyze construction to replicate it from scratch.
My Process:
1. Analysis: Send your physical swatch. I check GSM, Composition & Structure.
2. Sourcing: I check for existing stock first to save money.
3. Reproduction: If no stock, I manage factory replication.

I understand Garment Washing. I calculate shrinkage & color fastness so your fabric matches the vintage sample perfectly after washing.
Premium Pricing (15% Fee):
For Bulk Production, my service fee is 15% of the total order value.
* The $300 Gig price is a DEPOSIT to start.
* The balance is calculated on the PO value and invoiced via Custom Offer.

Can you reproduce a fabric if I only send you a photo?
No, photos are not accurate enough for professional reverse engineering. I need the physical swatch to analyze the Yarn Count, Weight (GSM), and Weave Structure accurately. Please mail the sample to my office in China.
Is shipping cost included in the Gig price?
No. The Gig price covers my service fee only. You are responsible for international shipping costs (DHL/FedEx) for sending samples to you.
