1. Who is this service for?
This service is for founders, entrepreneurs and product teams developing an AI or digital product, planning an MVP, or deciding how to improve an existing product. You can come with an early idea, a prototype or a live product.
2. Can you help if I only have an idea?
Yes. We will explore who your product serves, the problem it addresses and the assumptions you need to test. I will help you identify a focused starting point and practical next steps before you commit to development.
3. What should I provide before we start?
Please share a short description of your idea or product, your target users, current stage and the main decisions you need help with. Include any relevant links, screenshots or documents. A formal business plan is not required.
4. Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for a focused discussion and brief recommendations. Standard adds a product review, prioritised MVP scope and a 90-day action plan. Premium adds deeper AI use-case assessment, core user journeys, high-level requirements and a phased roadmap. Message me if you are unsure.
5. What will I receive after the consultation?
Basic includes a brief written summary of recommendations. Standard includes a document of up to five pages covering the review, MVP priorities and action plan. Premium includes up to ten pages with the additional AI assessment, user journeys, requirements and roadmap.
6. Can you assess whether my product needs AI?
Yes. We will assess where AI could improve the user experience or workflow, considering data needs, reliability, cost and human oversight. If a simpler approach better serves your goals, I will explain why. This is a product-level assessment; technical validation may require separate specialist work
7. Will you build the product or design the screens?
This gig covers consultation and product planning. Coding, UI design, detailed technical architecture and deployment are outside the package scope. The recommendations will help you brief a designer or developer and organise the next stage of work.
8. Can you review an existing product?
Yes. Standard and Premium include a review of one product using the materials and access you provide. I will assess product clarity, user journeys, feature priorities and improvement opportunities. A code audit, security assessment or comprehensive technical QA is outside this gig’s scope.
9. What if my idea changes during our work?
Refining your idea is part of the process. We can adjust recommendations within the agreed product scope. A different product concept, additional research or new deliverables may require a custom offer. We will discuss any scope changes before additional work begins.
10. Do you guarantee business success or funding?
No consultant can guarantee revenue, investment or product-market fit. My role is to help you make better-informed decisions, identify assumptions and create a practical plan. Results depend on customer validation, execution and market conditions.
