What information do you need to get started?
Please share the error message or a description of the issue, access to your code (GitHub, cPanel, FTP, or a zip file), and any relevant login details. If it's a live site, let me know the URL too.
Do you need admin/FTP access to my website?
Only if the issue requires server-side access to diagnose or fix. For code-only issues, sharing the relevant files is enough. I'll always ask for the minimum access needed to complete the job.
What if the bug is more complex than expected once you start?
I'll message you before doing any extra work outside the original scope, and we can agree on a fair adjustment — either through an extra or a custom offer. No surprise charges.
Can you fix issues on OpenCart, Laravel, and CodeIgniter, not just plain PHP?
Yes — I work across PHP, WordPress, Laravel, CodeIgniter, and OpenCart, plus HTML/CSS/JS and Ajax-related issues.
Do you offer ongoing support after the fix is delivered?
Minor follow-up questions related to the delivered fix are covered within the revision window. For ongoing maintenance beyond that, we can discuss a separate arrangement.
What if you can't fix the issue?
If after review I determine the issue is outside my expertise or scope, I'll let you know immediately so you're not waiting — and we can discuss a cancellation or refund per Fiverr's policy.
Do you sign an NDA if my code is confidential?
Yes, I'm happy to sign an NDA before receiving access to sensitive code or client data.
How fast can you deliver for urgent issues?
Standard delivery is per the package selected, but I also offer an Extra Fast Delivery add-on for urgent fixes — check the Gig Extras.
