I will submit a dmca takedown notice

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) was passed to allow copyright owners to prevent unauthorized reuse of their content on the Internet in a simple and effective manner.

To remove infringing material from the net the copyright owner needs to submit a takedown notice. The notice maybe submitted to whoever hosts the infringing content. This could be a search engine such as Google, social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram, or online marketplaces such as Amazon.

Upon receipt of the notice, the infringing content must be taken down by Google, etc. The infringing party is allowed to submit a counter notification explaining that the notice is defective in some way and that their reuse is not infringement. Google, etc may choose to accept their explanation in which case the copyright owner must file suit in court.
