What should I send before ordering?
Send the website URL, the exact error message, a screenshot, what was updated, when the problem started, and whether a recent backup exists. Do not send passwords before an active Fiverr order or outside Fiverr.
What counts as one issue?
One issue is one reproducible problem with one expected outcome. Several symptoms caused by the same root cause may be one issue after diagnosis. Unrelated failures, feature requests, or separate websites count separately.
What access will you need?
Depending on the failure, I may need temporary WordPress administrator, hosting control panel, SFTP, database, or staging access. Provide access only through the active Fiverr order and revoke temporary credentials after completion.
Do I need a backup or staging site?
A recent backup is strongly preferred. If none exists, I will create a rollback checkpoint when technically possible. Staging is preferred for higher-risk changes. If neither is available, I will explain the risk before material work begins.
Can you guarantee that every website can be recovered?
No. Recovery depends on access, backups, hosting condition, database integrity, licenses, custom code, and third-party support. I will diagnose the agreed incident and explain the safest available next step if recovery is blocked.
Are hacked or malware-infected sites included?
No. Malware removal, hacked-site cleanup, blacklist removal, and incident response require a separate security scope. Please message me before ordering if you suspect compromise.
Are plugin, theme, hosting, or service fees included?
No. Paid licenses, renewals, premium plugins/themes, hosting fees, and external services are not included. The client must provide valid licenses where required.
What does the post-repair safety check include?
It includes a review of the repaired component, visible update status, obvious compatibility warnings, backup availability, and the agreed pages/functions. It is not a security audit, performance audit, or ongoing maintenance plan.
Will you update every plugin and theme?
No. I update only components required by the agreed repair and only when the compatibility risk is acceptable. A complete site-wide update project requires separate scope.
What does a revision cover?
A revision covers a correction within the original agreed problem. It does not include a new issue, a later unrelated update, new functionality, redesign work, or another website.
