About this Gig
I offer a one-hour initial consultation to understand your goals and existing user data, followed by a tailored research proposal. Services may include qualitative and quantitative user research, user testing accessibility reviews, website and mobile audits, wireframing, content writing, brand strategy suggestions, and remote design thinking workshops.
All will be delivered using free and low-cost tools and include thorough manual or AI-assisted analysis. A written report, presentation of findings, and guidance for future research are included as standard.

What happens in the initial consultation?
We talk through your goals, your users, your existing brand strategy and what you already know. I'll ask questions, listen carefully, and start to get a picture of what kind of research strategy would work best for you.
Why are your prices lower than a typical agency?
I am developing my own business after training within a busy agency environment. I work independently with low overheads, using free and low-cost tools, and I deliberately price to be accessible to smaller organisations.
What if I only need one specific thing — like a workshop or an audit?
That's completely fine — not everything needs to be a full package. In the initial consultation, we can decide which parts of the package would suit your company best.
Can you build or design things for me?
I can wireframe and advise on content and structure, but I don't offer complex visual design or advanced development.
What will I receive at the end?
A written report of findings, a presentation of recommendations, and practical guidance on next steps — including how to continue the research yourselves if you want to.
