Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with this freelancer. Project came in very late, I had to keep requesting the same changes because there was no attention to detail, and the end product does not look as polished as I would like, but I just wanted to get it finished.

I have already said, Grace seemed to try but each time she sent me my manuscript, it contained many gaps between lines, gaps of different sizes, and was impossible for me to edit, which it needed, unnecessary blank pages, page breaks, section breaks, etc.

Grace did great work for us. Had a document I needed reformatting with some light branding and she really knocked it out of the park. We will definitely be coming back to her for more, and would very much recommend her!
