What's your turnaround time and how it works?
My current turnaround time is 3 days and if the video needs a physical product, the time starts counting as soon as I receive the product.
Are you able to record videos in different language other than English?
Absolutely! I can also speak Portuguese (Brazilian) so I can record videos in this language as well :)
What is your revision policy?
Due to the time and cost of filming and editing, revisions are only offered if I genuinely make a mistake in the script. There is a fee for any revisions due to creative changes, added scenes, changed scenes, changed script or verbiage, etc.
