Coaching is a very flexible process and I can vary the length and frequency of sessions. Typically sessions are 3-weekly but sometimes weekly or fortnightly.
I can also adapt the style of coaching to what's wanted - plenty of listening thinking space on the one hand; more questions, insights and perspectives on the other.
