Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. Coffee table books vary greatly in page count, content, image quantity, size, and complexity. Please send me your complete brief first so I can confirm the correct price and delivery time.
Can you prepare books for KDP or IngramSpark?
Yes. Please provide the exact trim size, bleed settings, binding type, and platform specifications before the design begins.
Can you design a sample before the full book?
Yes. Once you approve my price quotation, I will create a sample layout for your review before starting the full book. There is no additional fee for the sample.
What if my coffee table book has more than 100 pages?
Projects with more than 100 pages require a custom offer. Please share your manuscript, images, book size, page count, design references, and deadline before ordering. I will review the project and provide a suitable price and delivery schedule based on the scope and complexity.
Is the Adobe InDesign source file included?
No. The packaged Adobe InDesign source file is available for an additional fee. It may include the InDesign document, linked images, and transferable fonts. Commercial fonts that cannot legally be shared will not be included.
What does “unlimited images” mean in the Premium package?
Unlimited images means all images required for the agreed 100-page layout. Images must be supplied in organised folders with clear filenames and placement instructions. Extensive image selection, retouching, or sorting is not included.
Do you provide proofreading or text editing?
This Gig focuses on book design, layout, formatting, and typesetting. Please provide final, edited, and approved text. Major proofreading, rewriting, or copyediting is not included.
What counts as a revision?
A revision includes reasonable adjustments to the approved design, such as typography, spacing, image placement, or minor layout changes. New content, new pages, major restructuring, or a completely different design direction may require an additional fee.
Besides coffee table books, do you provide other book design services?
Yes. I also provide professional design and layout services for poetry books, recipe books and cookbooks, fiction and nonfiction books, memoirs, photo books, brochures, company profiles, magazines, catalogues, annual reports, travel books, family albums, and other print publications.
