GIG's price is what I have defined for my all buyers, while the one you received against yours is based on the budget you have mentioned in your custom buyer offer.

Vector or Source file is an editable file which you can use for future projects or designs. The most common source/vector files that I provide with the GIG is an Ai(Adobe illustrator file), EPS and PSD files?(Only available with premium package or you will have to buy it separately).
