Which Package should I select?
My recommendation is always towards the STANDARD (most ordered) or PREMIUM packages as they offer more Logo options to chose from and refine. The BASIC pack is well suited for those who know beyond a shadow of doubt what they are looking for as it includes less feature
How many designs are there included?
Having options to chose from is very important, this is why I offer multiple designs to chose from. Each one is created from scratch as is based on the information supplied in the brief. The BASIC is the exception. The STANDARD pack covers 2 Logo Options. The PREMIUM pack covers 3+ Logo Options.
What Information should I supply?
After placing the order you will be prompted a series of questions about the business such as industry, name, tagline, etc and design preferences such as color and examples of other logos you like. The brief is the most crucial step of the entire process as all my future work will be based on it.
Can I add new information later on?
Changing crucial parts of the brief once I have created a few designs is not an option as it will cancel all the work created so far. Please take your time and fill in the brief as accurately as possible and if you have any questions, please message me before submitting the brief.
What are Unlimited Modifications?
The unlimited modification feature applies to 1 or more of the included number of designs. It guarantees as many modifications until perfection is achieved. However it does not cover starting over from scratch with completely new designs. It only applies to the included designs in the pack.
What is the Social Media Kit?
The social Media Kit covers perfectly scaled profile images for the main social media platforms. This images are tweaked to look amazing on phone or computer screens and they will fit perfectly within the social media platforms that you need.
Do you design Business Cards, Letterheads, Email Signatures, etc?
Of course, this type of designs are available as extras and you can add them when placing the order or later on.
What file types are included?
