What information do you need to get started?
-Context -size/dimentions -style preference (optional but helpful) -colours/branding (if any)
Do you offer revisions?
Yes i do offer revisions. Small edits such as text, placement, colours and textures are available for all packages. The number of revisions depends on what package you bought. Basic - 2 Standard - 3 Premium - 4
How long does delivery take?
The amount of time it takes depends on package. Basic package - 3 days Standard package - 5 days premium package - 10 days
What file format will i receive?
Basic package - PNG/JPG Standard package - PNG/JPG + Print ready PDF Premium package - any file format
Can you design in a specific style?
Yes! , I can do any style you'd like!
Can you recreate a design I already have?
Yes i can recreate, however I will need to make a few tweaks and cant copy exactly!
Do you use stock images in your designs?
Yes - I sometimes use high quality stock images from platforms such as freepik to enhance designs. All visuals are carefully selected and edited to create a unique final piece. if you have your own images, feel free to send them over and i will use those instead!
What if i dont like the first design?
No worries at all! i offer revisions to make sure you're happy with the final result. once you receive your first design you can ask for a revision and request changes such as colour, text, layout or style adjustments. Ill work with your feedback to refine the design.
Do you offer a source file?
Yes!, I sent over the source file for an extra $10.
