Wireframe is an initial structure of a website. we can make it by hand drawing or digital scratch. basically, a wireframe is an initial planning for a website.

The sections of a website hold their own identity and content. As we see on a website first, "a header and hero slider or others", then it comes with "about us" or "services" etc. That's how you can also make perfect planning for your website.
Can i start without Text Content?
Of course, you can. In this case, I will use placeholder/ dummy text as an example. You can simply replace it with your text content when developing.
