I do not have a script, can you create one for me?
Yes. We can create the script for you based on a questionnaire we send after the order is placed. If you already have ideas but no final script, we can also help organize and improve the message before production starts.
I already have a script, can you work with it?
Yes. If you already have a script, we can absolutely work with it. We can also review it and suggest small improvements if needed to make the video clearer, more engaging, and more effective.
What do I need to get started?
To get started, we usually need a short brief about your business, your website or product link, your logo, brand guidelines if available, and any references you like. If you do not have everything ready, we can still guide you through the process.
What is your process?
Our process is divided into stages so you can approve everything before we move forward. We first create the script and storyboard, then the custom illustrations, and finally the animation with voice over, music, and sound. This helps reduce risk and keeps the project clear from start to finish.
Can I choose the voice over?
Yes. We can provide professional voice over options in different styles and languages, depending on your project needs. If you already have your own voice over, we can also work with that.
Why is there such a big price difference between packages?
The difference comes from the level of detail, complexity, revisions, and production quality included in each package. Higher packages include more advanced illustrations, smoother animation, more flexibility during the process, and a more premium final result.
Are your videos custom made?
Yes. Every video is created from scratch to match your brand, goals, and audience. We do not use generic templates for our explainer videos, which allows us to create a more original and effective final product.
Do you create videos longer than 30 seconds?
Yes. We can create videos longer than 30 seconds depending on your script, goals, and budget. If you need a longer explainer or product demo, send us a message and we will recommend the best package or create a custom offer for your project.

We were in the midst of working on a story board but the delivery was coming up so he snuck in a delivery of the full animation, even though we didnt finish the storyboard yet. I called him out that this was merely to satisfy Fiver's deadline but he doubled down and said no this was the actual delivery....
