Vector/Source files are original files (ai and eps) in which logos are designed by which you can edit/resize the logo to any desirable size without quality loss or pixelation.
2. Is there any quality difference in the 3 packages?
No, there is no difference in quality. The only differences are the initial concepts and file formats such as the source file and vector file. I recommend the SENIOR package for a complete solution.
