FAQ
How does your app testing process with 12 testers work?
Our 12 testers install and use your app on real Android devices every day for 14 days. Each of the 12 testers performs real usage, activity checks, and compliance testing to ensure your app meets Google Play requirements. Once all 12 testers are onboarded, testing starts immediately.
What devices and Android versions do the 12 testers cover?
Our 12 testers use real Android devices ranging from Android 7 to Android 14. Each of the 12 testers uses a different device setup so your app gets tested across a wide variety of hardware and OS versions.
Do you assist with the Google Play production questionnaire after the 12 testers finish testing?
Yes, once the 12 testers complete the 14-day testing period, we help you answer the entire Google Play production questionnaire. The insights from our 12 testers make it easier to respond accurately and improve your chances of approval.
What happens if Google Play rejects my app even after 12 testers have tested it?
If Google rejects your app, we continue supporting you. We will retest your app again with the same 12 testers or add more testers if needed. Our 12 testers will help identify issues, provide new activity, and assist until your app gets approved.
Will I receive a testing report from the 12 testers?
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can receive a detailed testing report based on the findings of our 12 testers. The report includes notes on performance, UI issues, policy concerns, device behavior, and more gathered during the 14-day cycle by the 12 testers.
Do you work with paid apps for the 12 testers service?
Yes, we can test paid apps with our 12 testers, but please contact us first. Paid apps require a different onboarding method to ensure all 12 testers can access, install, and test your app properly.
Can I request more than 12 testers for my app?
Absolutely. If you need more than 12 testers, we can increase the tester count based on your requirements. Many clients start with 12 testers and later scale to 20 or 25 testers for deeper testing and higher approval confidence.
How long does testing take with 12 testers?
The full testing cycle with our 12 testers takes 14 days, as required by Google Play. All 12 testers stay active throughout the entire period, ensuring consistent installs, usage, and device activity to meet Google’s approval criteria.
