I can work with almost any data format! The most common files I process are CSV, Excel (.xlsx), JSON, and raw text files. If you have a different format or a database export, just message me first.
Can you handle large datasets?
Absolutely. That is the biggest advantage of using Python and Pandas over manual Excel work. I can efficiently clean and process datasets with hundreds of thousands (or even millions) of rows without missing a beat.
Is my raw data kept confidential and secure?
100% yes. As a data professional, I take privacy very seriously. Your files are only used for the scope of this project and will be permanently deleted from my local environment as soon as the order is marked as complete.
How do you handle missing values or blank cells?
It depends on your business needs. I can either remove the incomplete rows completely, fill them in with a specific value (like the column's average or a default text), or flag them for your review. We will agree on the best rule before I start.
What exactly will you deliver to me?
You will receive the final, perfectly cleaned, and formatted dataset in your preferred format (usually CSV or Excel). If you'd like, I can also provide the Python script or Jupyter Notebook I used to clean the data!
