What do I need to provide before you start?
You’ll need to send me the text (order of service, obituary, tributes, etc.), the photos you’d like included, and any special details such as colours, flowers, or themes you prefer.
Can you edit photos before placing them in the program?
Yes. Basic photo editing cropping, colour correction, Advanced photo retouching, background removal/ add and blur background is available as an extra.
Will I get a file I can print?
Yes. I will send you a high-quality print-ready PDF.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is 2–3 days. If you need it sooner, I offer a 24-hour express delivery option.
Do you provide physical printed copies?
No. I provide digital files only (PDF/Canva). You can easily print them at home or at a local print shop.
Can I request extra pages if I have more photos and tributes?
Absolutely. Extra pages can be added as a gig extra.
What if I need revisions?
Each package includes revisions. If you need more, you can purchase additional revisions as an extra.
Do you offer folded programs?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages include folded programs with 4 pages (front, back, and inside panels).
