What do I need to send before you start?
Please send your channel name, the exact text you want included, preferred colours, and reference images. Attach any existing logo or character artwork you would like included, and explain any specific requirements.
Do you draw custom characters?
yes, custom character drawing is included in these packages. If you want a specific character in your design, contact me before ordering so I can confirm whether I can work with the artwork you provide.
Is a matching profile picture included?
A matching profile picture is included in the Standard and Premium packages. The Basic package includes one banner only.
Is the editable source file included?
The editable source file is included in Premium only. If you need a particular file format or specific editable elements, please message me before ordering to confirm compatibility.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments to the agreed design, such as text, colours, or placement. A different theme, a new concept, or additional artwork is outside the original scope and may require an extra charge.
Can I request a specific artwork method or no generative AI?
Yes. Please explain any artwork-method requirements before ordering, including restrictions on generative AI. I will confirm whether I can meet them before you purchase.
Can you make banners for other platforms?
Yes. Please message me with the platform and required dimensions before ordering so I can confirm the scope. Additional sizes or layouts may require a custom offer.
Can you design in any other language, or is it only English ?
Yes, just make sure to send me specific text in the desired language.
Can you design banner that is not in pixel art themed?
Absolutely!

I would of liked it if more time was put into it instead of it being AI generated as my request was not to be AI generated. This didn't meet my demands and I hope that this low rating will advise you to try and be more honest with your customers next time. :)

Pixe Green is flexible and does a very good job bringing your imagination to life. I asked for two revisions and were granted graciously to match my ideal creation. They are talented, work hard and I would use them again in the future. Thank you!
