FAQ
Do you work in n8n cloud or self hosted?
Both. Tell me which you are on and I build there. If you have not chosen yet I will tell you which one fits your volume and your data rules.
Do I need to give you access to my accounts?
Yes, admin access to the apps in the workflow, or a sandbox account on each. I use your own API keys so nothing runs through me after handover.
What if there is no n8n node for my app?
Then I write the HTTP request or the code node myself, or a small service behind it. That is the difference between an engineer and a template.
Who pays for the AI model usage?
You do, on your own OpenAI or Anthropic account. I will estimate the monthly cost before you order so there are no surprises.
Which apps can you connect?
Anything with an n8n node or a usable API, including GoHighLevel, CRMs, forms, calendars and webhooks, with Twilio for texts. Name your apps before you order and I will confirm each one.
What happens when a run fails?
The workflow retries where it is safe to, and a failed run sends an alert to the person you choose with the step that broke. You also get the run history, so you can see what happened without asking me.
Can you take over a workflow someone else built?
Yes. I read it first, tell you what is fragile, and fix or extend it. If it needs a rebuild rather than a repair, I say so before you order.
