I will audit and clean up your messy jira as an expert jira admin

Is your Jira slowing your teams down? Duplicate workflows, custom field sprawl, permissions nobody understands, dashboards nobody trusts. Ill find every problem and show you exactly how to fix it.

Why my audits are different:

Thorough: Ive architected Jira for programs with 1,000+ users at the VA, Defense Health Agency, and NIH. I know where problems hide.

Accurate: Im a former software developer, so I read automation rules, JQL, and configurations at the source, not just the surface.

Fast: A repeatable audit process means most audits are delivered in under two weeks.

What I review:

1. Projects, workflows, and schemes
2. Custom fields, screens, and issue types
3. Permissions, groups, and user licenses
4. Automation rules and failures
5. Boards, filters, and dashboards

What you get: a written report ranking every finding by impact and effort, plus quick wins you can make the same day.

The audit is read-only. Nothing changes in your Jira without your approval

.

Message me with your biggest Jira headache before ordering, and Ill tell you how Id fix it.
