FAQ
Are there monthly costs after delivery?
Yes, the chatbot platform has a monthly fee that you pay in your own account. Chatbase starts at about $32–40/month, Tidio with AI at about $55/month. I'll recommend the cheapest plan for your traffic before we start.
Will the bot make up wrong answers?
I set it up to answer only from your content and to say "I don't know" and hand over to you when it isn't sure. I also test it with tricky questions before delivery.
Which websites does it work on?
Any site where you can add a small code snippet or an app: Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace and custom sites.
Do I need to give you my website password?
No. I build and test the bot in my own workspace, then send you a link that copies it into your account. You paste one line of code on your site, and I guide you step by step.
Is it GDPR and EU AI Act friendly?
The bot clearly tells visitors it is an AI and links to your privacy policy. I can suggest text for your privacy policy, but I don't give legal advice.
Can it answer in other languages?
Yes. The bot automatically replies in the language your visitor writes in. The Premium package includes full testing in 2 languages of your choice, and you can add more tested languages as an extra.
