FAQ
Will I be able to edit the welcome book myself?
Yes. You will receive a Canva template link intended to let you edit the design in your own Canva account, along with the PDF deliverable.
Do I need Canva Pro?
Not necessarily. I will aim to use Canva elements available to your account, but any premium elements you choose may require a paid Canva plan or license.
Do you write all the property information for me?
The standard packages cover design and layout using information supplied by you. Extensive copywriting or research should be agreed upon separately before ordering.
Can you include local restaurants and attractions?
Yes, when the selected package includes this section and you supply the recommendations. Independent research can be discussed as a separate scope of work.
Can you design a welcome book for multiple properties?
The listed packages cover one property. Additional property versions can be quoted separately.
Will the welcome book be printed and shipped?
No. This is a digital design service. You receive the editable Canva link and the agreed digital files.
