About this Gig

I offer beta reading services for novels or short stories. All packages come with at least one full page of notes and feedback. Feedback will include notes on various issues such as pacing, characterization, plot, and themes. I will also do my best to spot basic grammatical issues and include suggestions on how to fix those issue in the report.

My specializations include young adult, contemporary, Christian fiction, literary fiction, romance, and mystery. I also offer sensitivity reading services for autism, POTS, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders (specifically anorexia) for an additional $10. Sensitivity reading services include an additional page of notes on culture in these communities, lived experiences, and overall accuracy of the representation.
