I will convert 3d scan into production ready cad data

In this project, I conducted a thorough reverse engineering process of a car air vent, accurately modeling it based on a reference model. I meticulously recreated geometric features including holes, flat surfaces, and fillets utilizing precise geometric specifications. Additionally, I analyzed and incorporated parting lines and draft angles into the 3D model, ensuring it is fully optimized for mold design without any need for further edits.

This type of project can typically be completed within one to two days, depending on the complexity of the reference model. I employ a combination of advanced CAD software to achieve the best balance of speed and accuracy, delivering high-quality results that meet client specifications.
