Professional-level map, will take AS MUCH TIME AS NEEDED, and you will have to accept any and ALL extensions, which will be verbally agreed on before starting the project.

Once the map has left the sketch phase there are NO REFUNDS.

If a map is selected by Valve, profits will be split 50/50 and I reserve the right to deal exclusively with Valve regarding updates and further modifications directly.
