I fix one named defect, and I prove it is gone.

2. I reproduce it and name the cause. No guessing inside your live site.
3. I fix it, with a backup taken before I touch anything.
4. You get before and after: the failing test, the change, the test passing.

How do I know it is really fixed?
You test it yourself. For a form: send an enquiry from your own phone and watch it land in your inbox. On top of that you get the before and after - the failing request or the dead link, then the same test passing. If your own test does not pass, the job is not finished.
Others fix website errors for $15. Why does this cost more?
Because it is a different job. The cheap gigs fix what you can already see. The faults that cost real money are the silent ones - the form that shows a green tick and delivers nothing, the page Google was told to ignore. Reproducing those and proving the fix takes measurement, not a plugin.
Do you need my password?
No, and please do not send one. Invite me as my own user with the rights the job needs, and delete that user when we are done. If a fix needs server or FTP access, we agree in the order chat what exactly, and for how long, before I start.
What if it turns out to be something else?
You hear it the same day: what it actually is, and what it would take. I do not quietly widen the job and bill for it afterwards. If it is outside what I take on, you get the diagnosis in plain language to hand to whoever does it.
Which platforms do you work on?
WordPress with a custom theme, Webflow, Jimdo, Next.js and hand-coded sites. The fault usually sits in the same few places regardless of the system. Send the URL before ordering and I will tell you whether it is mine to fix or someone else's.
