FAQ
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes. Every site I build is fully responsive and tested on mobile, tablet and desktop before delivery. Mobile is where most of your visitors will arrive, so it's built to look right there first.
Do I need to buy hosting and a domain myself?
Yes, those are purchased in your name so you own them outright — I'd recommend it that way regardless. I'll advise on what to buy, and hosting setup is included in Professional and Luxury, or available as an extra on Essential.
Will I be able to edit the website myself afterwards?
Absolutely. It's built on WordPress, so you can update text, images and pages from a simple dashboard. I'll send you a short video walkthrough of your specific site on delivery.
Do I own the website completely?
Yes, 100%. All files, the design, and full admin access are handed over to you. There's no monthly fee to me and nothing is locked behind my account.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your logo and brand colours, the pages you want, any text or images you have, and 2–3 example sites you like the look of. If you don't have content ready, tell me — I can work from an outline.
Can you provide the content and images?
I'll source royalty-free images and lay out your content professionally. I don't write full copy as standard, but message me and we can arrange it as a custom offer.
Can you redesign or fix my existing website?
Yes. Send me your current URL and tell me what isn't working, and I'll confirm whether a redesign or a rebuild makes more sense before you order.
What if I don't like the first design?
That's what revisions are for — every package includes them. I also share a live preview before finishing, so we correct direction early rather than at the end.
Can I add an online store later?
Yes. The build is structured so e-commerce can be added at any point, either as an extra on this order or as a separate project later.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. I'll answer questions and fix any issues related to my work at no charge after handover. Longer-term maintenance can be arranged separately.
